Palm Bay

Palm Bay is renowned for its beauty and affordability.  Set along South Brevard’s Indian River Lagoon, Palm Bay is close to everything with the small town values that make it a good place to raise a family. It has been consistently rated as one of the most affordable places to live in the nation.  Some of Brevard’s largest employers are located in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area, including Harris Corporation, Northrop Grumman and Gannett newspapers.  Located on Brevard’s “Space Coast,” Palm Bay residents need only step outside to watch rockets rise from Cape Canaveral toward space. Only an hour’s drive to the west is Orlando, the world’s #1 vacation destination and site of theme parks and major cultural venues.  Best of all, land in Palm Bay is still plentiful and waiting for you and your family!  Explore our Palm Bay community today!

Cocoa

Cocoa is a historic but “young” city, with most of its 17,000 residents between 20-44 years of age. It’s close to miles of unspoiled Atlantic beaches and the Indian River Lagoon, a twin paradise for sport fisherman and sunbathers. Historic Cocoa Village features quaint shops and restaurants and hosts street festivals and art shows several times a year. Local landmarks can be spotted along scenic Riverside Drive, with its turn of the century elegance and classic examples of Florida architecture. A central learning center, Cocoa is also home to Brevard Community College and the University of Central Florida’s Brevard campus. It wouldn’t be the Space Coast without nearby Kennedy Space Center, while Orlando’s theme parks and the Orlando International Airport are just a short drive away. Explore our Cocoa community today!
